eCommerce Marketing & Analytics Manager

The eCommerce Marketing & Analytics Manager will report to the Chief Growth Officer. This person will be responsible for leading eCommerce analytics and paid social for clients, while also working with product/marketing to enhance the Backstage™ platform and take new features/data to market.

Responsibilities

Client Analytics:

  • Oversee all eCommerce analytics programs and resources
  • Lead strategy with key stakeholders to create scorecard, frameworks, benchmarks, and reporting standards across the company
  • Lead modeling efforts to provide insights into effectiveness of content programs
  • Empower and grow eCommerce data literacy across the company
  • Utilize Amazon Retail Analytics and Syndigo to analyze eCommerce content performance, to find key insights and trends
  • Connect the dots to provide more holistic reporting and insights across influencer, paid media, and ecommerce via our Traail™ data and Meta/TikTok

Ads Manager:

  • Provide optimization recommendations across campaigns

Product Analytics:

  • Work closely with Product and Data Engineers to surface new enhanced analytics in Backstage™ performance reporting
  • Find thoughtful insights to collaborate with marketing on thought leadership content, trend pieces, blog and social content
  • Plug into quarterly marketing surveys focusing on eCommerce shopping and behavior
  • Direct operational team on data updates to Backstage as needed
  • Total responsibilities may evolve based on initial data findings

Paid Media:

  • Create and execute paid campaigns driving to channel partners (via social or retail media)Consult with sales and account management team on large client proposals
  • Train and educate Client Services team on how to setup campaigns for best results
  • Provide a regular cadence of client reporting with analysis as needed
  • Stay in-tune with social platform updates and provide proactive education to the broader team

Knowledge and Skills:

The SAE will assist the leadership and marketing teams with client feedback to help shape roadmap and assets. This person will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring future sales hires.

With the ever growing focus on marketing initiatives that are proven to drive sales, this person is required to understand the need to infuse brand messaging with influencer content, helping brands and influencers understand each other’s perspective. Leading some client relationships and collaborating on others, the Client Services Manager will partner across the organization with Talent Management, Account Managers for each client and our co-founders who oversee the organization and the largest clients personally. Campaign Coordinator

The Campaign Coordinator is an exciting entry-level position for those who are seeking a career path within the influencer and social media industry. We are looking for someone who’s always been a networker at their core, has a passion for all things social media, who’s not afraid to geek out on social analytics, and is the person within their friend group who always has their pulse on pop culture. 

As the Campaign Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Campaign Manager with the execution and management of influencer campaigns across our various clientele. This includes the search and discovery of new influencers who’ve been hitting the scene, building relationships with top social media influencers and/or agents, and managing content development. This happens all while mastering the art of organization to keep on top of multiple deadlines. This is the level where you’ll really begin to learn and develop your interpersonal skillset and apply them to day-to-day client communication to build strong, lasting relationships. As you evolve over the course of 1 -2 years and advance your skillset, there may be the opportunity to progress in your role and become a Campaign Manager. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
